In 2014, while navigating the UK healthcare system for a major illness and raising a very young family, I experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to find quality medical care. I also discovered how rare it is to find genuine support, empathy, and timely answers when you need them most.

After spending 20 years in luxury customer service, I was determined to improve the complex and confusing pathways patients face within the private medical industry. I firmly believe all patients deserve the same level of service they would expect in any luxury retailer—where they feel welcomed, valued, and fully informed.

When I founded LMC, my goal was simple: to treat patients as customers. I wanted to remove the administrative burden of booking appointments and dealing with insurance providers, saving patients time, reducing anxiety, and easing the emotional challenges they face while balancing busy personal and professional lives.

Since launching LMC, we’ve supported thousands of patients and their families, confirming my belief that this service is truly needed. Our patients appreciate the close relationships they build with our compassionate liaison team, the time they save on calls and paperwork, and the care we provide in sourcing medical solutions and accessing our extensive industry knowledge and network.
