  • Yes. Please share your Doctor and hospital details , we can take over administration with your consent.

  • Sadly not. The NHS make it extremely difficult for us to administrate on your behalf.

  • Yes. Please share this with us and we will take over administration your behalf.

  • Yes. Please contact us straight away and we can assist you to replace the lost medication.

  • Yes. Please contact us and share the prescription information. You will need to have a consultation to discuss your medication needs and on most occasions our Doctors should be able to prescribe for you.

  • Your concierge team can support you to organise physiotherapy, your insurance policy may also cover physio but this will need to be approved, please contact us if you need physio input.

  • Yes. Please share the details with us and we can offer several other specialists in the same field for you to consider. Second opinions are normal, and these are often approved by your insurance too.

  • Yes. The team can offer you approved specialists as close as possible to home or office.

  • Yes. We administrate on your behalf and will liaise with your medical provider to complete.

  • Yes. You can share your GP referral with us. If you do not have this, we can arrange either an in person or a virtual consultation with a GP to arrange a referral letter. We will call your insurer to obtain authorisation and pass this along to the specialist’s team as well.

  • Yes. Reimbursement is not always guaranteed. We recommend that whenever possible; we obtain authorisation for you if you have insurance.

  • No, imaging must always be requested by a Doctor for any type of scan, you will need a GP or specialist consultation first, we can assist you in all aspects of the process should you not have a request form.

  • If a service isn’t covered by your insurer, you can still go ahead, but you will need to self-pay, alternatively you can approach the NHS if applicable.

  • Yes, our GPs are equipped to offer home and office visits, as well as our nurses and physiotherapists.

  • Due to GDPR laws, you as the patient would need to request these documents but we can advise you the steps to take.

  • Please call us right away, you may need to pay but we will assist you to claim this back.

  • No, our expertise is UK based

  • Yes. Please have a representative contact us straight away. Once you have been assessed and you are clinically stable to move, working alongside our medical partners, we can work to administrate transfer for you.

  • Yes, we can administrate the acute admission process. The admission would need to be deemed necessary by a clinician so please contact us and we can work to seek approval to admit you for private assessment.

  • Yes. We will always do our best to source same day appointments.

  • Our Direct-to-Doctor service is available overnight.

  • Please reach out to us, we will check and arrange the next available appointment in line with your diary.
