We had a complicated case of family mercury poisoning with children also being intoxicated. I called more than 50 hospitals to try and get a doctor, with no result. After all that effort, I ended up meeting Kirsty and her team. They were able to find me the best doctor in the world for this case, a doctor that wasn’t even doing consultations but had experience with mercury and children.
If it wasn’t for them I would still be in a difficult situation without a solution.
I highly recommend them for anything related to a medical case! Great job! I will be in debt to them for the rest of my life!

Nothing but positive feedback from us at Endemol Shine UK about LMC. Whilst appreciative of the cover provided by our insurer, AXA, feedback from staff is often they don’t know where to start in navigating the options when it comes to specialists and hospitals. Some come to the HR team with concerns that their GP can’t point them in the right direction or the AXA claims handlers are just choosing a name or hospital from a list without any real attention to matching specific clinical needs. We take every opportunity to point them to LMC and the feedback is that they fill the gap brilliantly, helping people save time and in more serious cases, removing the stress and confusion at an emotionally difficult and worrying time.

Having received a shocking and totally unexpected cancer diagnosis at my local NHS hospital in February, I contacted London Medical Concierge- more in hope than any expectation- to see if they could help. After listening to my story, they advised me to seek a second opinion and set about booking me in to see a London Specialist using my private health insurance option. They advised me of the likely questions that my provider would ask and provided me with the prior information to allow this process to go very smoothly and successfully. Within a few days I was at a London clinic, where they performed several body scans. These were followed up, within a few days, by a face to face consultation with a specialist consultant. Since that appointment I have been using my local NHS facility for regular chemotherapy sessions, along with regular scans at the appropriate times. All progress reports and scan image results have been forwarded to the London specialist and all of this has been done under the watchful eye of the London Medical Concierge.
The progress I have made since spring has been good, so much so that I am now booked in for a surgical procedure - which could offer a long term respite from my condition.
I am extremely grateful for the input and support that the London Medical Concierge has given me. I know I have a long journey ahead of me but know that the London Medical Concierge will be with me all the way and cannot stress enough the reassurance that this gives me.
When I was diagnosed with bowel cancer 6 months ago, my world suddenly became a very scary place. I had never considered that I may have to deal with such a life changing disease at fifty nine years of age and the shock/fear was totally overwhelming.
It was by pure chance that I was introduced to the lady I now consider to be my little guardian angel - Kirsty and the London Medical Concierge. Kirsty explained that she had the expertise to access the finest Oncologist & Surgeon to deal with my cancer. With my consent Kirsty started the process & within four days the Oncologist had arranged a CT & MRI scan with the results made available to me on the same day, I met my surgeon the next morning and five days later I had my operation. I spent six days recovering under the watchful eye of my amazing Surgeon and the delightful team of doctors, nurses and physios in the beautiful and tranquil setting of the London Clinic in Devonshire Place.
Throughout my entire journey, Kirsty has been there for me, supporting, encouraging, reassuring and truly caring. She will always hold a special place in my heart as a real professional, fighting my corner. Kirsty and her team at the LMC have given me the information & confidence to manage my illness at the most frightening time of my life.
Kirsty's mission in life - to help steer people through the minefield of coping in times of major illness has come from having to deal with her own tragic personal experience. If anyone needs an example of turning a negative into a positive then Kirsty you are that example. After moving to this country for a new job, I began having frequent attacks of what were misdiagnosed as sinus infections. Each trip to the GP involved explaining my case from the beginning to a different doctor each time. I was finally referred to a specialist but was facing a wait of two months before getting any proper treatment. Feeling absolutely helpless and unable to return to work, I contacted Guljeet at London Medical Concierge never expecting to receive such amazing customer service. She worked quickly and efficiently, reassuring me I would get the help I needed. She was able to get me an appointment the next day and researched more affordable options for my CT scan. She continued to check up on me and without family here to help me through this, I was so grateful for the kindness and support from her. Without the quick action of London Medical Concierge, I would still be taking antibiotics for an illness I didn't have and would not have been able to get on with my life.
My husband had shown symptoms of a slight stroke so our GP referred us to our NHS Hospital for an MRI scan and blood tests. The results eliminated a stroke, however, the consultant suggested it was likely to be Peripheral Neuropathy. Unfortunately we were not able to get the answers we needed and my husband was left feeling low and desperate. We contacted the wonderful team at London Medical Concierge, who in turn quickly arranged an appointment for us within the week with a wonderful Harley Street Neurologist for a second opinion. The initial diagnosis of Peripheral Neuropathy was quickly ruled out, my husband is now awaiting further results to eliminate other possibilities. We Highley recommend LMC and will definitely be using their services again.
London Medical Concierge were an absolute lifesaver for me. I came down with the flu during a particularly stressful week of exams. I found LMC online and gave them a call. Immediately I felt that I was in good hands - The team including my patient manager Kim were incredibly kind, thoughtful and considerate on the phone, and worked quickly to explain the service and mobilise finding a doctor for me. The Doctor in turn, was equally kind and gentle, offered quick and effective medical support and even arranged for my prescription to be delivered to me later that day. Both Kim and Dr. Saweirs followed up with me the next day to check in on my condition and offer words of support.
I cannot recommend this service enough. The team is professional, conscientious and efficient, in addition to being truly kind and caring. They really make me feel supported and listened to in a time of need. It is a truly invaluable service.

Whilst visiting the UK for Christmas, I became unwell with a fever. I contacted the compassionate team at London Medical Concierge who arranged a wonderful GP to deliver a consultation at my hotel within 90 minutes of our initial conversation. I am now able to enjoy the remainder of my stay thanks to the efficient and caring service London Medical Concierge provided.
I approached London Medical Concierge (LMC) about having a second opinion concerning my secondary cancer. LMC quickly organised an appointment with a Specialist Oncologist, one who is involved in cancer research at the Royal Free Hospital. I was very impressed with the Consultant as he discussed my condition with me and provided me with very useful information about my cancer including possible treatments in the future. Based on this very positive experience I would highly recommend that anyone suffering with cancer should approach LMC about having a second opinion.
A dear friend of mine called Elenor who lives in Australia has been diagnosed with cancer - she has a 5 year old boy and a 4 month old baby - so her life has been chaotic and she has had to deal with huge life challenges. She desperately needed a 2nd opinion as to what treatment would be the best for her after being told that the chemo drugs she had been given had not worked to reduce the tumours. She could not go anywhere for a 2nd opinion as she had just had a double mastectomy and was suffering from an infection.
I was at a loss as to how to help as I live in UK - it was then that I saw an article in a Sunday newspaper about the London Medical Concierge. I contacted Kirsty who is the founder and explained Elenor"s situation. That was the best and most wonderful thing I could have done to help Elenor. She did all this in a very short space of time and was always there to talk to me and reassure me that their team would give her the best possible advice. After the medical review, she called Elenor in Australia and spent a long time discussing all that had been said. Elenor was so overwhelmed with the support and love shown to her by Kirsty.
