How to enjoy good weather safely

The sun is finally shining and we can feel ourselves dusting off the cobwebs of winter. The good weather brings so many benefits to our physical and mental wellbeing so it’s important we enjoy it as much as we can. The boost to our mental health is so important during a time of lockdown and just the feeling of warmth on our skin can boost our moods immeasurably.

As nice as the joy of summer coming is, we also need to make sure we are taking care of our skin at this time!

  • The NHS recommends you use a sunscreen of at least 30 SPF and at least 4-star UVA protection
  • Make sure you stay out of the sun between 11am – 3pm
  • Stay two metres apart from all people whilst exercising
